You can track your order by logging into your Daily Label account and selecting ‘Order History’, then click on the order reference number, this will take you to the order tracking page.

When placing an order with us you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a dispatch email with the tracking link.

Please check our estimated shipping time frames, if your order’s delivery falls outside of this send us an email and we will lodge an investigation with shipping partner, Australia Post.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. If your order is placed on a business day before 11am AEST/AEDT, it will be dispatched same day. If it’s placed after 11am AEST/AEDT, it will be dispatched the following business day. Please note any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

We offer 30 day returns on items that are in unworn, unwashed original condition with tags attached.

o start a return, log in to the Return Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Suite 3232, 286 Bobbin Head Road, North Turramurra NSW 2074.

The cost of the return label is $9.95, this will be deducted from your refund. Don't see anything you like right now? Opt for a store credit instead of a refund and we'll give you an extra 10% to spend when something new hits the site. There is no charge on the return items if you opt for a store credit.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method and notify you when this has been completed. Please note, this can take up to 5 business days depending on your bank provider.

We are unable to edit or cancel your order once it is placed through our store. Once your order has been received you can either return or exchange your order.

You can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please log in to the Return Portal and follow the instructions for an exchange. There is no charge on the return items if you optto exchange.

Yes, once we process your refund, Afterpay and Zip Pay will cancel all future repayments and issue a refund for any previous payments. You will be notified by email when each step is complete. As Afterpay and Zip Pay is a third party, please allow time for this to be processed.

All gift voucher are valid for 3 years from purchase. If you have any trouble accessing or processing your gift voucher, please contact our customer care.

At the checkout, enter your discount code in the ‘Gift Card/Discount Code' box and select ‘Apply' the total will repopulate with the discount applied.
